Joseph Parker registered almost 20lb above compared to his opponent as the two big men cut assured figures - even if in different manners - ahead of the Saturday feature bout in the capital.
New Zealand's Parker is risking his interim WBO title and chance to compete for the world title up for grabs against the perfect Fabio Wardley at the premier boxing arena.
Reigning heavyweight champion the champion has signalled his aim to protect his four belts facing the winner.
"This is it. It represents everything," said a determined but zoned-in Wardley, 30, at Friday's weigh-in.
The Ipswich fighter - who holds the WBA 'interim' belt - weighed in at 17st 5lb, matching his recent bouts.
"This contest prior to the big one. All the work is finished. Training is ticked off. All the hard work is put in. Time for some relaxation now. Major event coming up," he stated further.
The East London market in London's east end witnessed more than typical items on the measure as the two heavyweights faced off for the ultimate face-off ahead of fight night.
Joseph Parker flashed a wink at the camera and bobbed along to the beat.
Showing off his physique, he seemed imposing and powerful as he registered at eighteen stone ten pounds, only a handful of pounds below than his peak weight.
This marks a far cry from the 107 kg version who was defeated his belt to Anthony Joshua in 2018.
"We're weary, we are wary, but I will to fight fire with fire and I intend to connect with him," Joseph Parker said.
I'm at a superior tier and will dominate him - Joseph Parker
Fabio Wardley, dressed in an Ipswich top, kept a serious expression, acknowledged the crowd, but looked zoned in.
He may be the smaller man, Wardley has exceptional KO strength. He delivered a dramatic turnaround facing his opponent in June, down on the official tallies then defeating his opponent in the final round even though being outmaneuvered for most of the fight.
"His opponent, his corner and supporters will find out I am meant to be at the peak of this division," Wardley affirmed.
"All challengers has been the fighter critics claim will overcome me. This is that fight. He is superior speed, too fast, too experienced. But My record is perfect so far, and nothing will shift tomorrow night."
