During a court hearing recently, his lawyers informed the presiding official that he was undergoing treatment outside his home state. Presiding Judge Shellie Samuels reportedly authorized the defendant to continue out of state on condition that he continues in the program.

The arrest occurred in August 21 after the artist was said to be walking on a California avenue in his underwear and reportedly advancing toward officers who had approached him.
